Strainers
Suitable for the mechanical removal of impurities contained in the fluid passing through it. The fluid is conveyed from inside the body into the cylindrical cartridge where it is filtered and returned to the line
Temporary strainers are designed for the removal of solids, usually, not exclusively, on a new line during its start-up.
It is a compound/fabricated filter designed to remove foreign particles from pipelines. T-filters are a 'low cost' solution for the filtering requirements of large nominal diameters. They can be mounted in vertical or horizontal pipelines.- Basket filters are also available with a 'duplex' design that consists of a combination of two parallel basket filters with diverter valves. It is designed in such a way that no process interruptions occur, e.g. during cleaning of the filter
- Manufactured compound filter (in the more "standard and economical" versions also produced by casting), characterised by a vertically oriented chamber, usually >= 6" in size. Higher volume and filter area than all other filter types. Basket filters
